Postage & Packaging

Unfortunately, as a small organisation, we do need to charge for postage and packaging. A small fee for packaging is included in the shipping prices displayed upon checkout.

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your total cart.

UK Domestic

Items shipped domestically within the United Kingdom are posted through Royal Mail. For most weights, you will have a choice of either 1st or 2nd class post.

USA Domestic

In addition to our UK base, we offer distribution within the continental USA.
Book- or media- only orders will be shipped using USPS Media Mail. Accessories or mixed item orders will be shipped using USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.

Please select Book or Mixed appropriately at check-out. If you select the incorrect shipping for an order, we will have to either refund or charge the difference.

International

International shipping is used for any locations outside of the UK or USA. These items will be shipped from the UK to their destination. We use Royal Mail International Standard postage, which is divided into Europe, World Zone 1 and World Zone 2.

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
• Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

Collections

We also currently offer collection/drop-off options for people who share locations with Editors. We still charge a nominal fee to contribute to the bulk shipment and packaging. Current cities for collection: Glasgow, Scotland; Chicago, IL, USA.

You will be notified when your item is ready for collection and can negotiate appropriate time/date with the editor directly.
